Spa Etiquette

Guidelines to ensure a peaceful and rejuvenating experience for all guests.

Maintain a Quiet Environment

Please speak softly (we call this the 'spa voice') to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.

Phone Usage

Keep your phone on silent or switched off to respect the relaxation of fellow spa guests.

Attire in Water Facilities

Wear a swimming costume at all times when using our water facilities.

Punctuality

Arrive at least 30 minutes before your treatment to fill in your client form. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time, as we strive to be fair to all guests.

Health and Well-being

Inform your therapist about any health conditions, medications, or allergies you have to ensure your safety and well-being during treatments.

Valuables

Store all valuables and clothes safely in your locker or vehicle. Crystal Rose Lodge & Spa is not responsible for any loss or damage.

During Your Treatment

Attire During Treatments: Please keep your underwear on during your treatments.

Communication with Therapists: Feel free to communicate with your therapist during the massage regarding pressure or any preferences you have. Your comfort is our priority.

Talking During Treatments: You can choose to talk or be still during the treatment. Please use a quiet "spa voice" when talking anywhere in the spa area.

Post-Treatment: After your treatment, take it easy getting up as you should be very relaxed. The therapist will usually be waiting outside to escort you back to the locker area, where you can get dressed.

Tipping

Discretionary Tipping: Tipping is at your discretion. If you feel our therapists have provided exceptional service and you would like to show your appreciation, you are welcome to tip them. You can hand the gratuity directly to the therapist, at reception, or to the manager in charge.

Cancellation & Payment Policies

To ensure we can accommodate all guests, we maintain a structured cancellation policy:

• **30+ days notice:** 15% administration fee

• **14-7 days notice:** 15% admin fee + 50-75% cancellation fee

• **48 hours or same day:** 100% cancellation fee

• **Refunds:** Issued as monetary vouchers only (valid 12 months)

• **Emergencies:** Same-day emergencies may qualify for rescheduling with 40% penalty
